Privacy notice

ToastMyPost stores the name, email address, password hash, workspace details, draft captions, planned dates and images you provide. These records support your account and content planner. Passwords are hashed; uploaded draft images require an authenticated workspace owner to access them.

Hosting and sharing

The application is hosted on CrazyDomains. Social publishing, billing and AI remain disabled until configured. If you choose to connect Meta when available, it receives your connection request and the content you explicitly submit for publication. Instagram retrieves chosen images through temporary signed links. Social tokens are encrypted on the server. If you choose AI writing, your business name and brief are sent to OpenAI; avoid sensitive personal information. Saved suggestions are encrypted and scheduled for removal after one day, while usage counts are retained. Provider retention policies also apply. If paid checkout is enabled, Stripe collects card details on its hosted page; ToastMyPost stores subscription references and status, not full card numbers. Operational server logs may contain IP addresses and request details. Session cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. When you join, we may store a broad signup-source label, such as Google, Bing or ChatGPT, from the incoming referral or source label. This feature does not record the full referring URL or use third-party analytics scripts or tracking pixels.

Email preferences

New verified accounts receive an onboarding welcome. Tips and subscription offers require a separate optional opt-in. We record that preference and consent version. You can unsubscribe through the message link or account settings; account and security emails remain separate. We keep campaign status and personal discount records to avoid repeat messages and administer offers. We do not use tracking pixels in these onboarding emails.

Your choices

You can edit or delete drafts and download a CSV export in your workspace. You can permanently delete your account, workspace and draft images in workspace settings after confirming your password. Do not upload sensitive personal information during early access.
