Data deletion

To delete a draft, sign in, open the draft and choose “Delete draft.” This removes the draft record and its attached image from the active application. Your CSV export is available in workspace settings.

When enabled, disconnecting through Social channels erases the stored token and cancels waiting deliveries. It cannot recall an in-progress request or delete an existing social post. Cancel active subscriptions first and contact support if a subscription or uncertain delivery prevents account deletion. To delete your account and all workspace content, open Workspace settings, choose “Delete my account” and confirm your password. Server backups may retain copies until their normal retention period expires.
